  • Hey there Outsideadog!

I have to offer my apology to you as I (inadvertantly) stole your name. Haha...I searched the internet for the name I use at Huffington Post and discovered that you and I and some person at a travel blog are the only ones in the 6.3 billion of us to come up with this name. Quite a club!

Mine comes from the Groucho quote, as I suspect does yours.

I also noticed the quote from Robert Pirsig on quality. Interesting that it was his work that inspired my interest in Philosophy too!

Nice to catch up with you.

    Kind regards,
    Dave in Australia
P.S. If you do a Google search on 'Kant's Moral Law Within' (linked to Pirsig's Quality notion I feel), You'll see my profile at Huffington Post :-)

  • Thanks to you David,

I was in fact always surprised so few people used the Outside a Dog quote from Groucho, it's definitely one of my favorites... and it's funny because it's true.

I've been slacking a bit on my blog posts... basically since getting into law school. But hopefully someday I'll get back into the swing of things. Good luck to you!

    -Eric
